Monitoring
A Safe & Secure alarm system incorporates a telephone dialer and digital communicator, much like a fax machine or computer modem. When your alarm is triggered the following events take place.
The digital communicator in your alarm system immediately calls our 24hr control room
Within seconds your alarms panel identifies itself, and the nature of the alarm
Your personal information is now displayed on our operators monitoring screen along with the nature of the alarm
The operator will call the premises to verify the alarm
If you give the operator the correct password, the alarm is cancelled
If you do not give the correct password, the Police & Security are dispatched
The operator can then call other nominated parties known as key holders that may assist us
This is our standard procedure, but it can be easily customized to fit your specific needs
